PANKY is THE new mini-pancake concept coming to Paris and soon to the rest of France.
Created by Joseph, a 22-year-old food and pastry enthusiast, he has come up with ultra-gourmet pancakes that are also light and easy to digest, in a "mini" format. They are delivered in boxes that can be taken anywhere, and of course shared without moderation.
